Before your VIP Impact Day, we’ll create alignment by first defining your goals and what success looks like for your business. Through a brand audit and onboarding questionnaire, I’ll gather the context needed to make your workshop day as focused and productive as possible. You’ll start to see how a sound sustainability strategy goes beyond boosting returns to deepening engagement with your community.
During your VIP Impact Day, we’ll accelerate our work together by analyzing your business together through a sustainability lens. We’ll have time slots throughout the day to “workshop” through different topics to ensure enough time to discuss what’s important to you and your business. Our goal is to equip you with not just a strategy, but actions aligned with your goals.
After your VIP Impact Day, your brand’s activation begins. You’ll receive a tailored action plan and a framework to track progress toward your milestones. You’ll also have follow-up support from me and a virtual check-in. Last but not least, remember to celebrate your wins!
