My mission is rooted in something I care deeply about: reducing plastic pollution. But plastic is just one thread in a much larger, interconnected web of environmental issues. That’s why I use a holistic approach to help beauty founders identify the most significant impacts in their supply chain and transform them into powerful storytelling that resonates.

The name Good Source reflects my belief that responsible business starts with intention — what brands source, how they source it, and the impact those choices have on people and the planet.

I work at the intersection of brand strategy, impact, and beauty, helping emerging and scaling brands turn sustainability from a challenge into a competitive edge. Before launching Good Source Consulting, I spent nearly a decade managing multi-million-dollar accounts at top advertising agencies, partnering with Fortune 500 companies such as L’Oréal and Kimberly-Clark, to become the trusted go-to for high-stakes client communications and project execution.

After diving deep into advocacy work around plastic pollution, I chose to use my skills where they could create real change — in the beauty industry. As a certified sustainability consultant, impact reporting expert, and proud NYU Stern alum with a Corporate Sustainability certificate, I’m dedicated to advancing climate action and championing circular solutions.

Today, I bring my agency expertise to beauty brands that are shaping the future and partner with founders who are ready to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and transform the way business gets done.
