I work at the intersection of brand strategy and impact, helping emerging and scaling beauty brands turn sustainability from a challenge into a competitive edge. My background spans nearly a decade at top advertising agencies managing the delivery of ad campaigns and digital marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies like L’Oréal and Kimberly-Clark, from strategy through launch. Over time, I began asking how those same skills could be applied to work that felt personally meaningful and created long-lasting positive impact.
During that journey, I realized the unparalleled influence that businesses have in creating a more sustainable world — one where operations not only become more efficient and less wasteful, but contribute to the betterment of people, planet, and communities. The beauty industry is where I see the greatest opportunity to change how brands create, market, and sell their products, ultimately influencing people’s lives for the better.
