Before your VIP Impact Day, our first steps involve completing a brand audit and onboarding questionnaire to gather the context needed to make your workshop day as focused and impactful as possible.

During your VIP Impact Day, we work through your brand’s most pressing sustainability decisions and find pathways that create value across multiple areas of your business ecosystem. We use the FLOWER Method to map solutions across multiple dimensions of your brand, helping us think beyond the obvious and uncover what’s possible.

After your VIP Impact Day, your strategy comes to life. You’ll use your brand’s tailored 90-day action plan to activate your brand’s sustainability initiatives and track progress. During the engagement you’ll receive weekly follow-up support and a virtual check-in to keep the momentum.

As a VIP Impact Day client, you’ll be one of the first to join the Good Source Collective — a members-only community for conscious-minded founders. Connect with peers navigating similar challenges, share your progress, and stay accountable as you bring your sustainability strategy to life.

FAQs

I typically hold VIP Impact Day virtually. If you’re based in New York City and would prefer an in-office session, I can travel to you (travel costs are additional). At this time, I don’t provide an on-site location, but I’m working on it.

Depending on your needs, we may invite key internal stakeholders. We’ll discuss details during our planning call. Please note that the base cost includes up to one additional team member (i.e., Founder and one lead), with an additional charge for more participants. For an efficient and productive day, I recommend limiting participation to a maximum of four team members.

You’re welcome to reschedule your VIP Impact Day once at no additional cost. However, a 50% deposit is non-refundable for the time reserved. No payment is required until after you submit the form above and complete a complimentary discovery call. A full rescheduling & cancellation policy is provided with your proposal.

Yes, VIP Impact Day is designed for early-stage and scaling beauty and personal care brands. You don’t need an existing sustainability program or prior knowledge to get started.

VIP Impact Day works just as well for solo founders. You’ll leave with a clear plan that’s easy to share with future team members.

Come with an open mind and a willingness to see your brand from a fresh perspective. Before the workshop, you’ll complete an onboarding questionnaire and a planning call so I can tailor the day to your goals.

VIP Impact Day is a fun and engaging workshop customized to your brand. I also use both an outward-in and inward-out approach so your strategy reflects the full picture of your business and its impacts.
