I’ve always been curious about what goes into the products we reach for every day, from the ingredients and craft to the people and choices that bring them to life. In beauty, those choices are deeply personal, reflecting not only who we are, but what we value.
That’s why I believe the way beauty is made matters just as much as the experience it creates. I help you look closely at the choices behind your products, understand where you can make a difference, and communicate your progress in a way that feels true to your brand.

2020: The shift
After nearly a decade in advertising working with Fortune 500 brands, I started asking tougher questions about the kind of impact I wanted to make in my everyday work. What began as a career pivot quickly became something much bigger.
2021: Going deeper
I grew focused on plastic pollution and its long-term consequences for human health. Joining a nonprofit, advocating for plastic reduction policy, and organizing local climate events taught me firsthand that change requires collaboration at every level.
2022: Building the foundation
Joined a growing network of change agents, earned my certificate from the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business, and completed a climate fellowship program.
2023: Raising the bar
I became a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional and founded Good Source Consulting to use business as a force for good and address systemic impacts in the beauty industry.
2026: Redefining Beauty
Today, I work alongside ambitious founders who believe beauty can be a force for good and share my mission.
